This meditation is designed to activate your third eye and harmonize your energy, helping you become more attuned to the subtle energies surrounding you.
How to Practice the Intuition Awakening Meditation:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space and allow your body to fully relax.
- Take three deep, slow breaths in and out through your nose. (x3)
(Keep your eyes closed for the remainder of the meditation)
- Focus your attention on your Third Eye (the space just above the center of your eyebrows) and take 3 deep breaths through your nose. (If you struggle with focus, feel free to increase the number of breaths).
- Shift your focus to your left eye and take 3 deep breaths through your nose.
- Shift your focus to your right eye and take 3 deep breaths through your nose.
- Return your focus to your Third Eye and take 3 final deep breaths through your nose.
It is essential to perform this meditation with intention and presence. Do not rush the process; if you find it difficult to focus, do not force yourself to move to the next step immediately. Take your time, calm your mind, and complete each stage with ease. Once you become familiar with the practice, you will be able to perform this meditation anytime, anywhere.
